The COS makes recommendations concerning the overall strategic vision of the IMSG, on which the co-founders base their strategic plan. Its mission is to guide the important decisions that shape the school's future. The COS is made up of business leaders, elected representatives, teachers and alumni.

The CSR plays an advisory and supervisory role in academic fields. Its mission is to advise and evaluate the IMSG's research strategy. As such, it is involved in defining the school's major orientations, and must contribute to the review of its links with the scientific community, as well as with the business world, whether at local, national or international level.

The CED submits a charter of ethics and deontology to the Chairman, who promotes awareness of ethical and deontological principles within the community, and who may take up any issue falling within the scope of its expertise.

The CQG plays an essential role in encouraging continuous improvement in the academic quality and social and environmental impact of the IMSG, in line with the B Corp and EFQM principles to which it is committed. It promotes continuous improvement and contributes to the development of the IMSG Quality Assurance System (QAS).
