"Transforming students into Metagiles® professionals, committed, responsible and active in a complex job market."

Dr Roselyne Delaye President

According to Dell and the Institute for the Future, 85% of the jobs of 2030 do not yet exist.

While this may frighten some, we believe in adapting our pedagogy to the challenges of the 21st century, while remaining true to our fundamental mission of education, research and making a positive contribution to society.

That's why we encourage positive behavior in our students by fostering autonomy, commitment, personal responsibility, an inclusive environment and active involvement in school life, while raising awareness of social issues.

In order to develop their employability, we have integrated the school-business duality into our study plans, which enables theoretical knowledge to be put into practice and valuable skills to be developed.

At IMSG, we believe that learning should be fun, but also a concrete preparation for the future.

Mission

By positioning itself as a major player in Geneva's Business Administration training in 2030, and by skilfully combining academic input and experience, the IMSG's mission is to turn its students into committed, responsible and competitive professionals in a Swiss and international job market that we call Metagile professionals.
