"Learning should be an experience that brings pleasure and satisfaction, where exploration and discovery enrich everyone's journey."

Prof. Richard Delaye-Habermacher Academic Dean

Nearly 15 years after meeting in an MBA program, Roselyne Delaye, head of the marketing department of a pharmaceutical group, and Richard Delaye-Habermacher, Ph.D. in Management and Associate Professor at the University of Sherbrooke (Quebec), decided to create a Business School "where they would have liked to study and where they could send their children to learn with peace of mind".

The International Management School Geneva (IMSG) was born.

Metagile, the leader's vision at IMSG

Being Metagile means being able to evolve in a constantly changing business world, having a mindset that anticipates and creates change, and combining strategic agility with an innovative and disruptive vision.

To achieve this, the IMSG's pedagogical project is based on the four pillars of school-business duality, responsible teaching, action research and social commitment. These enable us to mobilize both the academic canon and the realities of the working world to meet the skills needs of Geneva's economic basin.

With new, pragmatic learning methods that lead to employability, a rigorous framework backed up by personalized support that promotes listening and guidance, "learning becomes a real pleasure".
