Nearly 15 years after meeting in an MBA program, Roselyne Delaye, head of the marketing department of a pharmaceutical group, and Richard Delaye-Habermacher, Ph.D. in Management and Associate Professor at the University of Sherbrooke (Quebec), decided to create a Business School "where they would have liked to study and where they could send their children to learn with peace of mind".
